Another romanian monastery set in the world heritage list of UNESCO  and perhaps the most beautiful of them all… The church was built in the year of 1488 in only 3 months and 3 weeks (a record at that age), under the guidance of Stefan Cel Mare, being the most important building of this kind built by this ruler. The outside paintings with lively colors is considered ” the most amazing feudal moldavian art”. From here we also have the unique color shade ” Voroneț blue”… I don’t have too much to say about this place, but i do leave you with my guarantee that the monastery is worth visiting 🙂

And with this i end my monastery series, and i remain with the hope that i shall return to visit the monasteries that i missed on my first trip 🙂 A good day to you all…

Manastirea Sucevita / Sucevita Monastery
