Ceramica din „Marginea” – Ceramics from the town of Marginea

O zi buna tuturor…

„Satul Biblic” – traditii din alte vremuri / The „Biblical Village” – traditions from another age

ENGLISH:

„The biblical village”, a great initiative from the Bucharest city hall with the occasion of the Easter holidays. What is this about? An attempt to show the people how things were produced and obtained in a different time. So if the idea of a walk through the I.O.R. park sounds good, then you just might have the opportunity to come across master blacksmiths and bakers, weavers,  carpenters, farmers and priests. You can learn how pots were made and even try your hand at making a clay pot yourself, or maybe leave your artistic mark on a piece of wood. A small pen of animals awaits everyone who wishes to see some goats, sheep, donkeys, rabbits, chickens and more, being a great experience for the children who can pet them if they like… But this is not all, concerts will fill the alleys of the park with sweet beautiful music, for a relaxing ending to a „work day”.

Nature, good music and the chance to improve your all around education. Sounds good doesn’t it?
